Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and item will be sent out if item is in stock. If item is not in stock, then a refund will be processed to original payment method.
